We are excited to announce the return of our popular “Storytime at the Library” series in partnership with the Washington County Free Library in Hagerstown! Join us for an enchanting experience where captivating children’s books are paired with live performances by Maryland Symphony Orchestra musicians, creating a blend of storytelling and music. These events are designed to ignite the imaginations of children and adults alike, with melodies and tales coming together to form unforgettable moments for the whole family.
At each event, one of our talented musicians will perform a specially curated musical score that brings the story to life in a unique and magical way. Every note mirrors the emotion, excitement, and beauty of the literature, making each page turn feel like an adventure. Whether it’s the lively tune of a violin, the whimsical beat of percussion, or the smooth sounds of the oboe, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
