Cellist Katlyn DeGraw is a seasoned performer with appearances around the globe, including concerts throughout the U.S., Canada, Asia, and Europe. Ms. DeGraw is the Associate Principal Cellist of the Maryland Symphony Orchestra and appears with the Richmond and Annapolis Symphonies. Additionally, she has performed with the Baltimore and Charleston Symphonies on numerous occasions. Equally passionate about chamber music, Ms. DeGraw is cellist of the Ann Street Trio. She enjoys touring with the trio, performing on chamber music series throughout the region. In addition to her performing, Ms. DeGraw is a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher where she maintains a private studio of successful and engaged students. Ms. DeGraw has served on the faculty of Baltimore School for the Arts, CelloSpeak, and the Hochstein School of Music.
Ms. DeGraw holds a Bachelor degree from the Peabody Conservatory of Music where she studied with Amit Peled, and a Master degree from the Eastman School of Music where she worked with David Ying.
